FEATURED RECIPE | Black-Eyed Pea Salsa

Ingredients:

Black-eyed peas, canned, drained |
| 2 oz. |
MagniFoods® Bacon Pieces, 3334 |
| ½ c. |
Red tomato salsa, bottled |
| ¼ c. |
Tomato, diced |
| ¼ c. |
Bell pepper, red, diced |
| ¼ c. |
Bell pepper, green, diced |
| 2 T. |
Onion, red, diced |
| 1 ½ t. |
Garlic, minced |
| 2 T. |
Cilantro leaves, fresh, chopped |
| 1 T. |
Jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped |
| 1 ½ t. |
Lime juice |
| 4 oz. |
Tortilla chips |
Procedure:
Mix salsa ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
