FEATURED RECIPE | Greek Pizza

 

Yield: 14” pizza

Ingredients:

14 in Pizza shell
4 oz Sour cream
2 oz Greek salad dressing
8 oz Premoro® Gyro-Style Beef Topping, 30029
2 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 c Black olives, sliced, drained
1/3 c Onion, red, diced
1/3 c Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1/3 c Tomato, medium, diced
6 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Procedure:

Mix sour cream and salad dressing together in a bowl.  Spread sour cream mixture evenly over pizza shell, up to ½ inch of edge.  Layer beef, feta cheese, olives, onion, cucumbers and tomatoes over entire pizza.  Top with mozzarella cheese.  Place in preheated 450˚ F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
